SERIOUSLY. My clients feel the same way &#8211; they would say they&#8217;re better partners and parents because they regularly seek opportunities to nurture their competitive side, to set goals, and to never settle.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>That all said, under the &#8220;just right&#8221; circumstances, we can find ourselves in a comparison trap down a rabbit hole of Instagram photos from Jessica&#8217;s 2015 trip to Cabo \ud83d\udcad<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Seek the right opportunities to exercise your competitive muscle. Girl, you don&#8217;t have to be either competitive or complacent &#8211; you can be both competitive and content.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Sometimes it&#8217;s real tough to capture the inner dialogue happening within the strong women that I serve.
